Endorsement: 4th Master’U BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament

For the first time Team USA won the Master’U BNP Paribas University Tennis Tournament, which took place in Poitiers, France from December 11th to 15th, 2009.

The number one seeded perfectly assumed its role dominating Team France in a genuine thriller during the final. It was the double mixed which finally decided the tournament (4-3) in favor of the Americans.

For this 4th edition, eight teams entered the event: Germany, Belgium, China, USA, Ireland, Great-Britain, Switzerland and France.

This international university tennis event was created in 2006 by the French University Sport Federation in collaboration with the French Tennis Association and is sponsored by BNP Paribas. The Tournament is endorsed by FISU.
