2010 WUC Weightlifting Update: CISCA Meeting

TAICHUNG – The CISCA members and the Organizing Committee of the 2nd World University Weightlifting Championship met in Taichung to discuss the last preparations of the 2nd edition of this FISU event.

The CISCA in Taichung was represented by:

Mr. Bayasgalan Danzandorj, FISU Treasurer and CISCA Chair

Mr. Kenji Nishimura, CIC member

Mrs. Aniko Németh-Mora, FISU Technical Chair for Weightlifting

Dr. Pietro Rettagliata, CM member

Mr. Briel Laurent, Directeur WUC

The OC was represented by:

Ms. Fran Lee, Member of the CTUSF

Mr. Ching-Tang Wang, OC representative

All topics concerning the good organization of the Championship were discussed during the meeting. All CISCA members presented their report regarding their department. The OC delegates gave a detailed report about the ceremonies and the cultural program. The CISCA members stressed the good preparation by the OC for this FISU event which will be staged in the most optimal circumstances. The delegations are very well pleased with the quality of the lodging and meals. The OC paid extra attention to the decoration and corporate identity of this WUC.
