The game design was commissioned by the Executive Directorate of the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in the city of Kazan and Open Joint Stock Company MegaFon, the Mobile General Partner of the 2013 Summer Universiade.
The game can be downloaded for free as an app for iPhone and iPad from iTunes and for Android as well. The game was released on January 25th.
