LSSA has an old friendship with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Lithuania. The Embassy supported the SELL Student Games in 2003 and 2007. Thanks to this support the games assumed a great international recognition.

Mr. C. Garbaliauskas and Mr. Tong Mingtao discussed past and future friendships and Mr. Tong Mingtao promised trying to find sponsors from China to continue to sponsor the friendship with LSSA for the SELL Students Games in 2011. The main discussion however was how the Embassy could help the LSSA to take part in the XXVI Summer Universiade in 2011 in Shenzhen, China.
