The Organizing Committee of the 5th World University Rugby 7 Championship which will take place from July 5th to 8th, 2012 held its first work meeting.
The meeting took place at the town hall of Brive-la-Gaillarde, host city of the event. The meeting was attended by representatives of the FFSU, CRSU Limoges, the city of Brive, the local club of Brive and the regional rugby committee of Limousin.
The delegates visited the venue, which are located at the du CA Brive Corrèze Limousin Rugby and discussed preparations.
International University Sports will return once again to Brive after the successful 8th World University Rowing Championship in 2004. The city also hosted the French Championship Rugby 7 in 2008.
