WINDHOEK – The Tertiary Institutes Sport Association of Namibia (TISAN) is continuing its preparations to host the 8th edition of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) World University Rugby Sevens Championship, slated for 12th-14th July 2018 in Swakopmund, Namibia.
