Registration is now open for the Zagreb 2024 FISU World Forum in Croatia, 27-31 August. Taking place every two years, and in alternating years from the FISU World University Games, the FISU World Forum brings together students, officials, and partners to discuss and learn about key themes in university sport.
The theme of the Zagreb 2024 FISU Forum is “University Sport: Creating a Better World”. Two sub-themes will also guide presentations and discussions:
- Diversity and Inclusion: Fostering gender equality, inclusivity, and accessibility in university sports
- Sports Diplomacy and Global Relations: Leveraging university sports for international collaboration and cultural exchange
“Under the theme ‘University Sport: Creating a Better World,’ we aim to spotlight the profound impact of university sports on our global community. Through sports, we cultivate teamwork, discipline, and a commitment to excellence that reaches far beyond the playing field. By promoting university sports, we are contributing to the creation of a better and more inclusive world,” said Haris Pavletić, President of the Organizing Committee of the Zagreb 2024 FISU World Forum.
NUSFs are invited to register a maximum of five delegates, of which at least three must be students and while respecting gender balance. A maximum of two officials may participate as part of delegations.
