Scholarship Programmes

An investment in future leaders

As one of the stakeholders involved with both universities and students, FISU supports scholarship programmes as a way to strengthen its commitment to FISU Member Associations and their students.

Through its intermediary role, FISU promotes scholarships opportunities among its National University Sports Federations as a way to develop the knowledge, experience and education of those working on the development of the University Sports Movement.

The same qualities that drive student-athletes to succeed in sports are also key to helping them become leaders in both business and their communities. FISU’s Education commitment centres around being a facilitator for student-athletes and sports administrators around the world to meet and share ideas.

Mentioned below are the scholarship programmes FISU has been working with recently, as a way to strengthen its core educational activities and to help its main stakeholders to develop further. These programmes are advertised by FISU through the National University Sports Federations and Continental University Sports Federations. Candidates must go through an application process in order to be pre-selected by FISU at a first stage and then continue the application and interview process with the respective universities proposing the scholarships.

Dream Together Master Programme

The Dream Together Master Programme is a full scholarship graduate programme funded by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO). This programme aims to consolidate international sport cooperation via global networking, as well as the provision of an in-depth insight in the area of sport management, serving as a way of preparation for leadership positions in sport fields.
